Why teams use the decision layer

More intelligence around the sourcing event

McKinsey research finds procurement functions use less than 20% of the data available to them — and that in a world of ubiquitous LLMs, competitive edge comes from your own context and domain signals.
PSUTenders.in is built exactly on that operating model.

Your Data Spine

Your golden RFPs, org guidelines, policies, past awards, and supplier history become a private knowledge base every agent draws on. Your organization's DNA is the moat — not the model.

Agents at Work

Drafting, evaluation, verification, forensics, and governance agents run as persistent background workers — assembled per workflow, working around the clock, not launched one prompt at a time.

Human-Agent Teaming

Agents propose; people dispose. Every score is advisory with written reasoning, every recommendation can be agreed or overridden item by item, and the audit trail records both.

Value Realization

The lifecycle doesn't end at award. Outcome tracking, delivery-anchored checkpoints, and renewal verdicts measure the value each sourcing decision actually created — the metric that makes procurement a board-level lever.

Tender intelligence

Understand the tender before you commit resources.

A PSU tender can contain hundreds of pages of technical, commercial, eligibility and contractual requirements. PSUTenders.in reads the tender as a procurement event — not merely as a document.

Every score of AI is reasoned and explained. All the findings are put together as a report for the committee to decide.
